I am Cassie, the founder of Moments by Curl Media, and storytelling is quite honestly one of my greatest passions in life. I have spent nearly a decade in the world of content creation and social media, and somewhere along the way I realised that what I love most is the human connection behind every story. As a past bride myself, I know firsthand how quickly a day that took months to plan can fly by in the blink of an eye. I wanted to build something that gave people the gift I wished I had more of on my own wedding day: the freedom to be completely, fully present, knowing that every moment was being captured by someone who genuinely cared about getting it right.
So that is exactly what Moments by Curl Media is. It is me showing up to your day as more than just a memory maker. It is me being your hype girl, your calm presence, your extra set of hands when you need someone to hold your dress while you navigate a bathroom in a ballgown. My style is cinematic and documentary, a fly on the wall approach that lets your day unfold naturally while I quietly capture every real and radiant moment of it. I am based in Alliston, Ontario but I absolutely love to travel and I will happily go wherever your celebration takes us. When I am not behind a lens you will find me with a chai latte in hand, hunting down the coziest cafe in town, or at home with the two great loves of my life, my corgis Bailee and Marlee.

Such a great question and honestly one I get all the time. Most people hear the term content creator and immediately think influencer, and I completely understand why. But here is the thing: I actually do not love calling myself a content creator for that exact reason. I prefer to call myself your memory maker, because that is truly what I am here to be.
A memory maker is someone who shows up to your wedding or event and captures every real, beautiful, in between moment of your day, not because you are posting it for the world, but because you deserve to have it forever. You do not need to be an influencer. You do not need to have a large following. You do not even need to be someone who posts on social media at all. What you need is a day worth remembering, and that is something every single person deserves. I am here to make sure you never forget how it felt.

Honestly? Everything. Weddings are my sweet spot, but I also love covering proposals, engagement parties, bachelorette weekends, birthday celebrations, corporate events, fundraisers, pop-ups, and more. If it matters to you, it matters to me.

Absolutely and I genuinely love it. I am based in Alliston, Ontario and the first 50 km from Alliston are always included at no extra cost. For anything beyond that, travel fees and accommodations may apply, but please do not let that stop you from reaching out. Whether it is across the province, across the country, or across an ocean, get me a ticket and I will be there, camera in hand and so ready to go.

Fast, because I know you are going to be absolutely dying to see it. You will receive your full gallery within 24 to 48 hours after your big day. Inside that gallery you will find all of your RAW videos along with the dedicated number of edited videos included in your package, all delivered and ready for you to watch, share and treasure.

Yes, and it works beautifully. I am not there to replace your photographer or videographer, I am there to complement them. My role is to capture the social ready, behind the scenes and in between moments that traditional photography and videography do not always focus on. I am collaborative, communicative and easy to work with, and most photographers and videographers love having me on their team.

It starts with you filling out the inquiry form on my website. From there I will reach out within 24 hours and we will chat about your event, your vision and which package feels like the right fit. Once we lock everything in with a contract and a deposit, you are officially on my calendar and I cannot wait to show up for you.
